Small self-managed HOAs are the underserved ones.
Most HOA software is built for professional property management companies charging per-unit fees on behalf of 500-unit master-planned communities. Meanwhile, the 22-unit cul-de-sac HOA runs on a shared Gmail inbox, a volunteer treasurer's personal spreadsheet, and a Facebook group nobody reads.
When the treasurer moves away, the spreadsheet goes with them. When the board changes, institutional memory evaporates. The next board has to reconstruct what was owed, what was voted on, and who agreed to what.
SpotHOA is a single record designed to outlive any one volunteer. It is free for HOAs under 25 units, and $29 a month when you need more. That is it. There is no enterprise tier, no sales call, no onboarding package.
